Implementation

We can help your Non-Profit implement better forms of data management. Introducing a CRM solution that suits your organisation will provide greater insight and transparency when querying or reporting on your donors. We will walk you through the process and can deal directly with the suppliers to provide a database that is fully customised to your specifications.

The Implementation Process

1. Research

We will discuss your needs around database use and spend time becoming familiar with your organisation's current make-up and working practices. We'll then come back with a recommendation on which database would best fit your organisation's needs and budget.

2. Design

Once you've decided on the best product we'll go into a design phase which enables us to capture everything you want to include, and ensures you'll get the final product you’re expecting.

3. Build

We simply build what we've agreed to design according to agreed timescales.

4. Migrate

Once your new database is ready we'll migrate your supporter data over for you.

5. Integrate

This is when we link up all your other business systems to increase your efficiency and reduce time spent on duplicating data in different applications.

6. Report

We'll build you some bespoke reports and dashboards so you can see what your data looks like, and pull useful information on supporter actions.

Database Management

As your organisation grows the number of essential admin tasks to keep on top of can become overwhelming. Recording email, phone and appointment activity, making sure that supporters are labelled correctly in your database, keeping account of how many donors you’ve lost or won within a certain period of time are a few of the tasks that if not properly managed can result in missed opportunities and poor relationship management. We can take the pressure off by ensuring these essential tasks are completed on time by setting up opportunity and relationship management within your CRM.

When dealing with CRMs we aim to keep things simple by using ‘out of the box’ functionality first then moving onto bespoke solutions if you need something more complex. We will also take responsibility for fixing any system errors further down the line and will liaise with 3rd party suppliers should any technical problems arise.
